CTO

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; write technical specifications;
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming a project team; establishing a project budget;
  • Identify and plan projects technical solution implementation.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions;
  • Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential;
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends;
  • Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models;
  • Closely work with Project manager;
  • Reports directly to General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience on a similar position;
  • Work experience in financial organizations
  • Higher education;
  • Effective organization and time management skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Highly detail and result oriented;
  • Very active, creative, motivated
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Advantage will be granted to candidates with Experience in implementing financial technological solutions in financial institutions.

Business Analyst

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Money Transfers Systems Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make a strategic plan related to the implementation of fast money transfers;
  • Make a strategic plan related to getting new agents;
  • Manage day to day relationship with money transfer system providers;
  • Manage day to day relationship with agents;
  • Create, implement and Manage processes and procedures;
  • Manage day to day relationship with banks;
  • Prepare and analyze reports;
  • Direct reports to the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience on a similar position;
  • Higher education;
  • Effective diplomatic and negotiation skills;
  • Effective organization and time management skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Highly detail and result oriented;
  • Advantage will be granted to candidates with experience in working on a similar position in banks or in microfinance organizations.

Marketing Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Managing marketing and sales activities according to the company strategy.
  • Design and Review the budget of the marketing and sales activities;
  • Research and analyze Market and competitors periodically;
  • Rate the effectivity of existing communication and advertising campaign;
  • Planning and monitoring social media and digital activities;
  • Manage and coordinate communication;
  • Collaboration with advertising companies;
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the management;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience on a similar position;
  • Higher education in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or relevant field;
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirement;
  • Effective communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Creative abilities;
  • Fluency in English is must;
  • Highly detail and result oriented;

Active and Disciplined.

Marketing and Sales Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a company’s marketing strategy;
  • Design company’s products marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor all marketing / PR and sale campaigns;
  • Plan and manage marketing and sales activities according to the company strategy;
  • Design and review the budget of the marketing and sales activities;
  • Research and analyze Market and competitors periodically;
  • Rate the effectivity of existing communication and advertising campaign;
  • Plan and monitor social media and digital activities;
  • Manage and coordinate communication;
  • Collaboration with advertising companies;

  • Close relationship to projects foreign investors.

Fast Money Transfers Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze reports
